In January 2016, I was in California to run the Star Wars Half Marathon event at Disneyland. I stayed with a friend, and we were able to do some sight-seeing around Hollywood after the races. We took the opportunity to see The Force Awakens at the Disney El Capitan Theatre – I’ll always take the opportunity to see a Star Wars film on the big screen, but as an added bonus, they also had a great collection of costumes from the film on display! Of course, I kept my ticket stubs and advertising booklets from the screening, neat souvenirs from the experience.
